EV training means putting more effort into getting the kind of stats you want. A level 100 Pokemon can still gain EVs using a tedious method called the Box Trick. If a Pokemon gains more than 4 EVs, put it into the PC. Its stat will be raised by 1 when you withdraw it.

Personally I prefer to level up my teams by just fighting trainers and wild Pokemon like one would do in "real life". I don't go to such lengths as maxing out stats and leveling the Pokemon to Lv 100 because I don't have the time.

I'm looking to trade for Lugia, Latios (blue one), and Magmortar. FC is 1676 6814 1834 I'm online by request usually between 8 PM and 10 PM Eastern time.

I have the legendary birds at Lv 50, beasts at 63

Ho-oh, Mewtwo, Growdon, Kyogre, and Rayquaza at Lv 70

I had this same dilemma. I found out about EV training a few days after getting my Electivire to Lv. 100. It sucks, I know. But if you want to have a team that can dominate, EV training is an absolute necessity. It's not too late for your Blissey, but because it also got EVs in random stats by non EV training up to Lv 66, the stats you want to train in won't be the best possible. Since you have a max of 510 EVs total, battling any pokemon that doesn't boost the stats you want, is just wasting EVs. You could just breed another one now and save yourself any more trouble.

I work on one at a time when EV training. When it comes to getting them to lvl. 100 I will work on one until its in the upper 80's lower 90's and then start working on another one and finish the first when the second one gets where it can take on the elite 4 by itself.
