Where do I get a skitty on pokemon diamond?

Question

Okay, I heard you could get one in the trophy garden in Hearthome City, but on what days and what time?
Also, were do I get the moon stone so I can evolve it into Delcatty?
And if you really can't get it from pokemon diamond, then where do i get one on pokemon ruby?

And If anybody want's to trade me a skitty/delcatty I have every starter from every game to offer, and Riolu (Evolves into Lucario) and Pichu.

you can get a level 40 skitty on route 222 as a swarm pokemon. You can't get skitty in the trophy garedn. The moon stone is mainly found underground, but cleffa, clefairy, clefable (maybe), and Lunatone have a 5% chance of holding one. I read that in Ruby, you can get a moonstone somewhere at Meteor Falls.

You can only get it after having the National Pokedex, through one of these methods:



* Migrate it from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leaf Green, or Fire Red. You can find it in Pal Park.



* Go to Dawn's house in Sandgem Town. Talk to Dawn's/Lucas' little sister. Each day she will say there is a swarm of a certain Pokemon on a certain route. Eventually she will say there is a swarm of Skitty on a certain route. Go to that route and run in the grass until you find a Skitty.

If you want a moon stone go undergorund.

Or:

Catch a banette with the ability frisk, then go to areas were clefairy are and is the clefary are holding the moon stone, it would say "banette frisked foe clefairy and found a moonstone". now u can catch it or steal it using thief or covet moves.

To catch Cleafairy or a Cleffa you either have to catch one in Mt. Coronet.

Trophy garden is randon but it is not found there. Route 222 as a swarm pokemon.
