Where can I catch KYOGRE and GROUDON in POKEMON:EMERALD VERSION and I hope you can tell what POKEball used?

u go 2 the weather station by fortree city then in the weather station find a mind that says something bout a huge rain outbreak then go 2 that route then get kyogre. for groudon same as kyogre but may be different route but i used bout 20 ultraballs hope this helps
