Move Deleter? Pokemon Pearl?

i need to find the move deleter to delete some moves, but i cant find him!

He is in the city canalave. the city is west of jubilife city and you need surf to get there. He is not only an Hm deleter but also a Move deleter, you can find him on the second house on the left of the entrance to Canalave City.

It is in canalave cite, surf west of jublife city. Near the pokemon center, there will be a little house. that is the Move deleter's house. Go inside. Just a reminder that the 6th gym leader is near there too. The is a locked house north of the move deleter but i dont know what you have to do with it.

Fly to Canalave City (Where you get the 6th gym badge) west of Jubilife City. Once you're there take a few steps down and the first house you see is the Move Deleter's house.

There are 2 that i found one is in Canalave city (with the help of Solaceon) that's on the left facet with the help of the bridge and with the help of the sailor. And one is in Veilstone (with the help of Sunny Shore) interior the 5th living house to the left.
