So I'm DMing and it will be home brew and custom story. In it there are 12 magical weapons that are supposed to represent the 12 Astrological signs. Need help and wanna see people's ideas and suggestions please

Some of these ideas might duplicate themselves, and some signs can be taken more than one way.

Aries - A simply and plain Longsword, in the 'crusader' style.

Taurus - A shield. A hammer might also fit, but a shield makes better sense if you look at the sign's 'properties' rather than the sign itself.

Gemini - A musical instrument, but if it has to be a weapon, knives are probably your best answer.

Cancer - A spear or trident.

Leo - As a weapon, something loud and hard to ignore. Maybe a war axe.

Virgo - As a hardworking a practical weapon, either a hand-ax or a throwing hammer. They are tools, melee weapons, and throwing weapons all in one.

Libra - A quarterstaff or a rapier, something that relies heavily on balance.

Scorpio - A Warhammer

Sagittarius - A bow, particularly one with the Flaming property.

Capricorn - probably a longsword

Aquarius - A weapon whose design is always 'modern'

Pisces - A pair of short swords. Alternatively any weapon with multiple damage types or that can change its shape.

I've only played 1st and 2nd edition, but I'll give this a shot.

Aquarius = water. So I'd say a magic trident, like Poseidon uses.

Pisces = fish. How about a magic net? Throw it at an opponent at a +whatever bonus and they are immobilized for x rounds or whenever you utter the magic word.

Aries = Ram. A big powerful sword. Can't have a set of magic weapons without a sword. Make it two handed.

Taurus = Bull. A mace. A powerful mace with a huge damage bonus.

Gemini = Twins. Two throwing axes. If you wield both simultaneously, you get a significant to hit bonus.

Cancer = Crab. Crabs have pincers. How about a magic mancatcher?

Leo = lion. I'm thinking a lion figurine. Say the magic word and it turns into a real life lion, faithful to the caster and with a very thick hide. Sorta like that lion Hercules had to fight.

Virgo = Virgin. Something that protects the wielder from attack. Let's say a magic shield with an extra AC bonus against any sort of thrusting attack.

Libra = Balance. Hmmm. How about a suit of magic armor that prevents the wearer from falling down?

Scorpio = Scorpion. Scorpions are poisonous. A dagger that, when wielded by a thief or assassin, will cause the victim to save vs. poison or die.

Sagittarius = Archer. A magic bow of course.

Capricorn = Goat. What do goat herders use? Staffs. A magic staff!

(That would be my first draft in my campaign. I'd probably make one or two adjustments after some thought, but it should serve as a starting point.)

Some are easy. A bow for Sagittarius, a magic ram's horn for Taurus, a trident for Pisces (or Aquarius), a magical book for Libra, a magical shield for Virgo, maybe a suit of armor for Cancer. Frankly, I never cared for astrology, and I can't recall the other signs, but it should be fairly straightforward.
