how do you get a bagon in pokemon heart gold?

And a belgum , im trying to perfect my team b4 i even get to the next region( i beat the first elite 4 but didnt go on the ship yet.)

Bagon

In order to receive bagon in pokemon Heart Gold or Soul Silver you must have access to the safari zone, which i would guess you have and also you must be able to move the areas and place rocks in the safari zone, then you will have to wait around 110 days, go into a certain area of the safari zone, and place down a certain amount of rocks. Beldum

In order to receive beldum you have to do almost the same as for bagon, but for this pokemon you need to have the ability to change the safari zone around and place rocks as well but instead of having to wait 110 days, you must wait 70 days. and place down a different amount of rocks, and different part of the safari zone.(for more information use this link http://www.serebii.net/pokearth/johto/safarizone.shtml#hgss-forest)

you get beldum by getting a foretress then trade with steven from hoen region. you could only get to steven after you beat red at mount silver. he will also give you a starter pokemon
