How do you catch Celebi,Deoxys,Jirachi,and Mew on Pokemon Emerald?

I mean without A.R, Game sharks, and those machines.

I'm not repeating what I said on this question earlier, as it's already in one of your copies of this question. But trading Pokemon means that you connect with another system that has a version compatible with yours, and in the case of Emerald, the compatible versions would be all the GBA ones with a link cable made for the GBA, and the two Gamecube versions with a link cable made for the GBA-Gamecube connection (that cable can also be used for two GBAs). You and the other person each have to talk to the person in a Pokemon Center who will ask if you want to trade. The Colosseum bonus disc is similar in that it requires a link cable, but you don't start your file; it goes to a special screen and you download Jirachi, and then when you start your file, you'll find the Jirachi in the previously empty space in your party.
