what are the best starter pokemon in sapphire,white, black, crystal and emerald?

i have both games please tell which best starter pokemon is for both and what a good beginning pokemon team to beat gyms at the being
example sapphire= ???? emerald = ????

also i have white and crystal but lost but still what the best pokemon starter

For Sapphire, if you choose Torchic and raise it well into a Blaziken it'll kick everyone's butt. Emerald = same or Swampert. Crystal = Typhlosion. For white I would go for Serperior. It learns some strong moves, it's fast, powerful, levels up pretty quickly too.

well for Sapphire and emerald swampert because water beats 1st gym ground second earth 3rd water 4th so ya swampert kicks *** for black white i recommend samurott and im not really sure for crystal but feraligator can learn ice fang which is good against rival
