PLEASE HELP how do I contact zynga cust support when links to contact them wont load?

every time I try to select the contact cust support link it comes up telling me that server not found and firefox is unable to find it... Ive cleared recent history and still cant load neither the email page nor this live chat link http://zynga.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch/p/425/c/28/pb/0

I have the same problem. They seem to have effectively blocked user communication. Does anyone out there have an email address for Zynga Customer support?

have you been able to find anything.. the fact that this was posted two years ago.. and I am having this problem today seems a little odd.. you think they would have it fixed seeing as how many people play the games... O.O
