I don't beleive any of them are legit, except raikou, who's credibility seems false due to the others you say are legit.

yeah i still got a legit lv 5 jirachi I also have a legit mew but i accidentally raised it 2 levels I can put the EV's back down if you want though through berries. (I'll only trade the Mew for something really good, the jirachi is up for grabs though)
