first you will need the poke' radar and some full repel.



then you will have to a have either poke'mon fire red or poke' mon leaf green in your gba slot.



then you will have to go to route 204 and in this small set of grass activate the repels and use the poke' radar and then you will find an elekid. Catch it and it should hold this item called the eletiviser or something and then train your eletibuzz while its holding the eletiviser and it will evolve to electivior or something so good luck.
