My Pokemon are ridiculously under-leveled and only one of them is 50. The rest are in their 40s. I'm at the Elite Four for the first time. How can I bring them up?

Sadly, they don't really make the levels very high for wild pokemon before the elite four. you'll have to train, no matter how slowly so that your pokemon are all at least lv 50. I'd recommend 55 but try without. I personally try challenging the elite four and not worrying about losing, because you keep the experience you get for each pokemon even when you lose and there's four types to choose from.

The good news is, after the elite four, you get healed before the next challenge which is incredibly easy compared to the elite four. Good luck anyway.

If you have been skipping/avoiding trainers along the game, this is the result. I recommend going back and battling them! (using Fly). Also, I recommend flying to Castelia City to get the EXP share if you haven't already. EXP share is an item that a pokemon can hold. It gains EXP no matter if it has been in battle or not. This is useful for weaker pokemon. I recommend giving it to your lowest leveled pokemon to hold, and go into battle with your lvl 50 pokemon.

Use your Lucky Egg... it will speed your EXP earnings up by a lot...

I've also heard that Audino tend to give more EXP than other pokemon... so try using your bike and run around until you see a dust cloud :) (I am not sure if this is true...)

You can probably manage the Elite Four already if you have the right strategy. I would still recommend leveling all your pokemon to past 50 first though.

Hope this helped!

Well i have a way I like to do it.

1) Put your Pokemon in the daycare

2) Go to the battle subway.

3) Put some heavy stuff on the arrow pad and the B pad.

This at this point you should be moving in a circle around the battle subway without touching the DS.

4) Go to bed in the real world.

5) Wake up

6) Get your Pokemon out of the daycare

Ta da your Pokemon has grown a bunch. But just remember that some moves will be gone because of the daycare, but it's okay, you can go to the move tutor's house which is in Mistralton city east near the Pokemon Center, you just give him/her (i don't actually remember if it's a female or a male) a piece of heart and she will make your Pokemon remember the moves that it forgot.

You were given a Lucky Egg towards the beginning of the game. That increases the experience gained after battle. Give it to a Pokemon and just train in and around Victory Road.

You have no choice but to level grind for 10 or so hours. You cannot rematch. Although every day you can go to the Nimbasa sports domes and battle trainers with higher level pokemon.
