is there a way to reset just one family in the sims 2 PC game?

if not, how do i reset the whole game? and can i keep the one i reset and the one before i reset it?

The only way to 'reset' just one family is if u are still in the family and go to the neighbourhood without saving,

To reset the whole game u just have to uninstal it as far as i know, but then the family won't exist anymore..



And to get a sim abducted by aliens you just have too make him have the logic full and make him look through the telescope a lot.



with the cheat: boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (that u have to whrite in the cheat box in the neighbourhood)

you can make ur sims alien pregnant by pressing shift ,clicking them and press more-spawn-tombstone of L and D. then click on the tombstone and do 'make me alien pregnant'

if you exit to the neighborhood without saving, it will be as if whatever you did since your last save did not happen. If you really messed up a family, you can move them to the family bin, and delete them. Then you can make a new family that looks like them in BodyShop or Create a Sim and start over.

To be abducted (and this may only work in Strangetown) you need to stargaze with a telescope at night. Keep in mind that without a cheat the chances of being abducted are very, very, very low. I think it's only 1 in 10,000

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "reset."



But... for the aliens, you need a telescope. They say you need to be out there for a long time, and that you have to have logic points., too (which you can gain anyway by using the telescope).
