Am I putting too much money towards Video Game recording equipment?

Okay so I have 58 subs on YouTube as of writing this question. I have bought a $130 Elgato game cap., I got an xbox 360 for Christmas from my dad, My brother game me his old laptop (It's pretty good) my step mom is letting me borrow her second monitor, and I bought a $45 Turtle Beach X12 Headset. I am just starting off and now I want to buy a new better microphone with stand, pop filter, and everything, I also bought a $10 USB Hub. Am I putting in too much money for starting off on YouTube?
