Games for XBox 360, What are some good ones for 3+ players?

I am looking for some games that offer split screen game play for 3+ players for the 360. I would prefer a more popular game that is well know to have enjoyable game play. I have Live so if the split screen was available with Live (Like Halo 3) it would be a plus. The game can be of any type (ie: racing, FPS, RPG). Multiple game suggestions will also be appreciated.

I already have all the Halos, but most of what I have after that is two player max. Any suggestions?
