Cmiki has most likely linked you to a virus. I wouldn't download it if I were you.
Serverside hacks are rather difficult to perform and are easily detectable by the hosting company. You need to know what you're doing and you could get in a lot of legal trouble by doing so.
In Godfather: Five Families (another Kabam game, similar concept), there was a user who completely broke the game a few years back by giving the members of his alliance lots of powerful units and maxed out resources. He was even able to hack in IAPs. I brought it to Kabam's attention and he was banned. A few months later, I saw a press release from Kabam about the issue. They said that they were going to take legal action and left it at that. If I remember correctly, he had to pay them back for all the resources that he hacked in.
The bottom line is that you should play the game as it's meant to be played. Otherwise, you could be screwing yourself over and getting an IP ban from Kabam's servers.
